The pricing of an appraisal is based on the type of appraisal requested (Desktop, Drive-By, or Full Appraisal), it's intended use, the property type (Single Family, Condo, Etc.), and the complexity of the property itself. Typically condominiums are the least complex property types with average cost for a desktop appraisal starting at $400.


A Full Appraisal Inspection involves a complete Interior/Exterior inspection of the Subject Property and it's accessory structures (Garage, Storage Sheds, Etc.) Typically the inspection begins with exterior measurements and photos taken of the Subject and accessory structures. Once the exterior inspection is complete, a full interior inspection is performed. The interior inspection consists of measurements and photos of every room of the subject and accessory structures.


Depending on the size, complexity and condition of the property, the inspection can take as little as 30 minutes. Larger, complex properties in poor condition can take significantly more time to complete.


Appraisal Reports are typically electronically delivered in varying formats including: ENV, MISMO, XML, and PDF files.


From the date of inspection, we usually deliver a completed appraisal within 3-5 business days. We do offer "RUSH" service for an additional fee.


Yes. We're happy to accept most major credit cards except American Express. A nominal convenience fee may be added to payments made electronically.


On the day of inspection make sure all rooms and accessory structures are unlocked and accessible. Have all relevant information regarding recent updates/renovations emailed to us prior to the inspection or printed out for us on the day of inspection.


No. We regularly access properties via lockbox, but we ask that all interior doors be opened on the inspection date.  Although it is preferable that someone meet us at the property if possible.
